Wellness & Retreat services

Postnatal Wellness Retreats

Designed to provide mothers with a rejuvenating and supportive experience, our postnatal retreats offer a peaceful environment where you can focus on self-care, recovery, and connection with other mothers. Our retreats feature wellness workshops, holistic healing practices, relaxation therapies, and guided support from maternal care professionals. 

Newborn & Infant Care Education

 Gain confidence in caring for your newborn with our hands-on newborn care sessions. Topics include sleep routines, infant soothing techniques, diapering, bathing, and understanding your baby’s cues.

Community & Support Groups

Building a strong support system is essential in motherhood. We offer group sessions where mothers can connect, share experiences, and receive guidance on topics related to postpartum recovery, newborn care, and mental wellness.

Pricing may vary depending on the package and length of service.
